Lefantome.eu carries out deliveries of purchased goods in the country (Poland) via courier companies or the InPost Paczkomaty service and deliveries in the European Union Member States and beyond via courier companies.

From the moment of confirming the order in our store, the warehouse will complete and prepare them for shipment within two working days. You will be informed about the launch of the delivery in a separate message to the e-mail address provided when ordering. Most courier shipments in Poland are delivered the next day after the package is handed over to the courier. In some cases, the delivery time may be extended to five days. For delivery outside the country, you should expect up to seven working days from the moment of receipt of the shipment from our company's headquarters by the courier company. PAYMENTS

The entities covered by the online payment service in our store are Blue Media S.A. online transfer from a

• payment by credit card: Visa, Master Card, Maestro, American Express, Diners

In the case of card payments, the order processing time runs from the moment of obtaining a positive authorization of the transaction. With the transfer, the run command is when the transfer is successful. If it is necessary to return the funds paid, the entire amount is on the account from which the transfer was issued, and in the case of a payment card transaction, on the bank account assigned to the ordering party's payment card. The supplier is subject to transaction fees for the purchase and bears the costs related to the cost of delivery and suppliers of products.

In the case of returning the product in the case of funds from the returned account to the account from which the transaction was made, if you want to receive a refund to another bank account, enter its number in the Return form, with the procedure described in the "Return" system.
