  • How much time do I have to return/exchange goods purchased at lefantome.eu?                                                                                                                                     You have 14 days to return your order. Returns delivered after this date will not be processed

 

  • What documents should I complete in order to process the return/exchange?                                                                                                                                        Complete the return form that you will find on our website and attach it to the package. If you don't have a printer, you can write by hand.

 

  • Do I have to provide the reason for the return/exchange?                                                                                                                                                                               No, but if you want, it will be extremely valuable information for us, which we will certainly take into account in future projects  

 

  • What address should I send the return to? Whose side is the shipping cost?                                                                                                                                                   The package with the returned product should be sent to the following address: Le Fantome Zabrze ul. Wolności 191/208 41-800 tel. +48 533-183-654. The cost of shipping is on the client's side

 

  • Are all products returnable?                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      You can easily return all products. The condition for us to accept a return / exchange is to receive the product without signs of use, i.e. stains, intense smell, or washing. Products with the above-mentioned traces are not returnable and will be sent back to you at your expense or the refund amount will be reduced by the cost of washing or repair.

 

  • What if I bought products in the offer with freebies?                                                                                                                                                                                               In such a situation, you must return the free products with your return. If you are returning only part of the order or want to exchange sizes, this is not required.

 

  • How long will it take to process the return/exchange and transfer the funds?                                                                                                                                         The return process begins when your parcel is unpacked by our employee. From then on, the refund takes a maximum of 14 days. 

 

  • Should the returned goods be packed in the original foil package / box?                                                                                                                                                         We do not require the original packaging, however, if the order was delivered in a foil envelope, we encourage you to use it using the option of resealing, thanks to the adhesive strip included in the package. We just want to draw your attention to the benefits of reusing our packaging and reducing the amount of extra plastic.
