- How to make a return/exchange?
You may use the existing return/exchange form, but it is optional for statutory withdrawal. An unequivocal email to biuro@lefantome.eu is sufficient; a printed form or signed scan is not required. Include your order number and returned items where possible. For an exchange, tell us the desired change so we can confirm availability.
- How much time do I have to return/exchange goods purchased at lefantome.eu?
You have 14 days after receiving the goods to notify us of withdrawal without giving a reason, followed by 14 days after notifying us to send the goods back. Timely dispatch is sufficient. For separately delivered goods from one order, the notice period begins upon receipt of the last item. These rights also apply to eligible individual business buyers defined in section 5.7 of the terms. Additional rights granted at purchase remain unaffected.
- What documents should I complete in order to process the return/exchange?
A specific return form is optional. You can send an unequivocal withdrawal notice to biuro@lefantome.eu without a printer or signed scan. Include your order number and information about the returned items where possible. Exchanges are arranged separately according to availability.
- Do I have to provide the reason for the return/exchange? No, but if you want, it will be extremely valuable information for us, which we will certainly take into account in future projects
- What address should I send the return to? Whose side is the shipping cost?
Send the parcel to LE FANTOME Michał Pasella, Nad Stawem 24/9, 44-151 Gliwice, Poland; telephone +48 535 333 590. For returns from abroad or another dispatch method, you bear the direct return shipping costs. Free dispatch using our designated parcel-locker return service applies within Poland; see the Polish return instructions. These cost rules do not limit statutory rights where goods do not conform to the contract.
- Are all products returnable?
For statutory withdrawal, you may handle goods as needed to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Subject to the statutory conditions, handling beyond that scope may make you responsible for actual diminished value. Signs of use do not automatically remove the withdrawal right. Conditions of any additional voluntary return offer do not limit statutory withdrawal or nonconformity rights.
- What if I bought products in the offer with freebies? In such a situation, you must return the free products with your return. If you are returning only part of the order or want to exchange sizes, this is not required.
- How long will it take to process the return/exchange and transfer the funds?
For withdrawal without a reason, payments are refunded without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your notice. Withdrawal from the whole contract includes the cost of the cheapest standard delivery offered. Unless we offered to collect the goods, we may withhold the refund until receipt of the goods or evidence of dispatch, whichever is earlier. Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree to another method without refund costs to you. The period is not counted from unpacking the parcel. Exchanges are arranged separately according to availability.
- Should the returned goods be packed in the original foil package / box? We do not require the original packaging, however, if the order was delivered in a foil envelope, we encourage you to use it using the option of resealing, thanks to the adhesive strip included in the package. We just want to draw your attention to the benefits of reusing our packaging and reducing the amount of extra plastic.
